Oh please save me from Super Speed Soup

Actually I do sort of like it my diet pal n I eat it every lunchtime using different flavours n spices - we are on our second week now and since Christmas lost 3lb (coming up to third week weigh in)
But we are both losing our appetite totally for everything - like not being able to eat salads in the evening n going off pretty much everything but fruit as feel so uncomfortably full after only a small bowl that we have about 11/1 ish I reckon I could sustainably eat it for ever but am beginning to wonder what the hell it is doing to me
Plus it gives me the most embarrassing wind n tummy pains - Id really like to here everyone else's experiences

At weekends when I don't eat it I enjoy food soooooo much more (but still can't eat much)

If you are not passing wind you're not doing it right should be the motto for SW. I know if I've had a good week by the amount of gas I have!

I would definitely try & cut down the amount of days you're having the same soup! Having the same thing every day is a sure fire way to get bored & slip back to old habits plus there's a LOT of beans in that soup no wonder you feel full & bloated constantly
Omelettes, salads, other veg soups, stir-fry etc equally good for the new so weight loss on SW there's really no need to stick to one thing.

I don't eat much differently to how I did before its just the preparation that's changed really and the fact I'm conscious of what I'm eating now. I love the soups though have you tried the tomato soup with a pickled onion in? It's lovely!
