I started SW in early Nov and have had so many colds since which is really not like me. Since I've started I've been eating loads of fresh fruit and veg and have been exercising a lot so would expect to feel healthier. I've lost 18lbs and got my club 10 last week so have made good progress. Is there anything I can do to prevent getting more colds. Have also had a fair amount of nausea over the last few mths too.
