I've had a disappointing first week on slimming world, I just maintained. I think I know where I've gone wrong, but anyway,I've just made a tasty dinner that myself and the children have scoffed. Can you check it for me to make sure it's free / 1 healthy extra.
Wholewheat spaghetti
Pasatta
tinned tomato
2 tins of tuna in brine
Sweetcorn
Spinach
Onion
Leeks
Carrots (all stuff I needed to use up)
×2 laughing cow lights
I used a few sprays of fry light to soften the onions and leeks.
Does it sound ok?
