But worried it will effect milk supply. Anyone had experience with this?

I did it - you have extra HEa's for your calcium.
My son went off my milk, but it turned out he had a dairy allergy and my dairy intake had increased significantly doing SW. I didn't have a problem with drop in supply though.

I lost 2 1/2 stone whilst breastfeeding and doing SW last year/the year before. I started when my DS was 5 weeks old. He went from the 50th centile at birth to the 91st centile at 7 months, so there were absolutely no supply problems. I never used all my HE's as I just couldn't manage them all. I also rarely used all my syns. I did eat loads though, but included lots of fruit and veg.

I am, but doing it in conjunction with the myfitnesspal app to help me see what I'm low on nutrient-wise, and ensure I don't restrict calorie intake which would affect supply.
Its a bit of a faff to get set up, but once you gave your most commonly used foods in there its super quick.

I had my first meeting tonight. Dc3 is 10 months though so although he is still breastfeeding, it's only 3 or 4 times a day and he eats lots of solids so I don't think I need to worry too much. Plus if I keep well hydrated I think my milk supply will keep up.
