Children can attend SW ftom as young as 13 on their free to go plan.

Personally I think 10 is a bit young to be on a strict diet, but if you do it right it's a good way to help your child get healthy.

Research their free to go plan, young ones get more healthy extras & don't count syns as such.

If you've got the group internet access there's a good section on this. Its about making the good swaps etc.
I did a similar thing with my ds, also not getting the snacks in helped.
He'd eat weetabix & toast n egg for bfast take a lunch to school, then have a spag bol when he got home. Later I'd give him measured cheese & biscuits before he looked for anything. It was out of his control then. He was aware he wasn't eating rubbish and shrunk into his clothes as he got taller.

Oh brill. This is great. Thanks.
Wasn't sure if it's ok but he needs to slow down.
He is classed as over weight.
We don't make a big deal out of it tho but just want to make some changes for all of us.
