Could someone please tell me, if you make a syn free or low syn dinner with veg in it already (like curries etc), does the veg and meat count as the SP foods or should you have those extra to the curry/casserole?

If you make a chicken curry that has chicken p, onions s, mushrooms s, tomatoes s again, you've incorporated the SP food in the dish. Casserole is the same lots of speed veg meat etc. Spag bol another
You can't always add more veg to a meal, iyswim.
A bit of salad might go but its not always it.
Does that help? X
