Batch cooking sw meals for freezer

hi all

I'm 8 months pregnant and will be returning to sw once the baby has arrived (at some point!). I'd like to get ahead and do some batch cooking to put in the freezer and thought it might as well be sw recipes if possible.

Are there any recipes you can think of that would be good to put in the freezer?

Thanks

Lasagne, chilli con carne, stew, soups, curries - most things freeze really well! Just make sure you calculate any syns on red/green/ee or whatever and write them on the containers when you freeze them :)

I have an old SW magazine that had a feature on SW meals to cook and freeze.
I'll be digging it out soon as am going to have a leg op soon and need to be prepared with meals as DP is useless in the kitchen.
I'll pop them on when I do

Little book of soups freezes really well, diet coke chicken, beef stew, mushy pea curry, chickpea patties.
Good luck, sounds like a great idea! Don't forget if fb you get more hex a & bs. The weight dropped off when I did this :)
