Gammon question

Hi, I'm new to SW (just completed day 3). For NYE I'm planning to cook a smoked gammon with jacket potatoes & loads of other bits and pieces. If I cook the gammon on its own, drain off the juices and cut off the fat, would it be free?? Thanks

As long as the fat is off when you eat it, you're fine - as long as you cook without fat. Hope this helps Smile

Yes, that does help. Thank you!
