SW online superfree food question

I've just rejoined SW (online - can't face the meetings!) having been successful with the green and red plans in the past when I did mainly green days. I have a couple of stone to lose, and am currently heavier then my usual diet start point by about half a stone.
It looks like everything is geared towards the new Extra Easy plan, which I understand is because of the variety, but I need to check something about superfree food. So after all that waffle, here's the question:
If I make a thick soup using superfree veg (BNS, onion, red pepper) and blend it, then use it as a pasta sauce, does it still count as superfree? Or does the fact that it's blended mean that it has to be counted as sins like it would have to be if it was fruit?

If its free veg in your soup/sauce its free, whole or blended. Its only cooked fruit that's synned.

Yes veg is either free or superfree even if it's liquidised. Thank goodness really, because i make lots of soup to fill me up so I'm less likely to gorge on the naughty stuff!

Thank you! I'll keep on with my pasta and free sauce and see on Friday whether slimming world still works for me...
