3 stone gone forever!

I lost another 2lbs this week taking me to 3.15lbs off Grin. Just under a stone to target and wanted to share partly for a shameless gloat but mainly to inspire others to stick at it. It's taken me since April to get this far & I aim to be at target & a size 10/12 this Christmas Shock Grin

Snacking is fine if it's free! Fruit (I cut up melon or pineapple for picking in the fridge), hard boiled eggs, ham, chicken, mugshots, yogurts, make syn free houmous & dip with carrot sticks, crab sticks or prawns, sugar free jelly (v. Low syn value not free). And make sure you're eating your 1/3 super free food with your meal so you're not as hungry.

Great isn't it - got my 3 stone this week - started in June. Also have a stone to go though not sure I will do that by Christmas but will be closer! Never eaten so much - roast dinners, full English, nothing is off limits as long as you count it.

Congratulations! I've got my first weigh in tomorrow, eeek. I've been really good all week so will be really sad if I haven't lost. I've got 4 stone to lose in total, really hoping I can be halfway there at least by Feb. Fingers crossed!

I have lost 2.5stone since May (to be fair I gave myself August 'off' as had 2 week All inclusive holiday and set myself a goal to be back at pre holiday weight by end of august) have really struggled last few weeks keep yo going with losing 1-2b then gaining a pound! Going to stay on plan as best I can till Christmas (lots going on) and then really knuckle down in new year as want to have lost 3.5 stone by April (my birthday) fab to read your inspiring story!

I had a fantastic October and kept to plan. I lost 10lb. Had a wobble the beginning of November and fell off plan totally :(
I'm back to where I started....but today I have pulled my socks up and started again. I need to lose 2 stone. Losing weight will help me medically as I have arthritis and am recovering from emergency spinal surgery....long story
Either way..today is the day!
