Hi can you do sw if you're not officially 'overweight' my bmi is within the normal range but my weight is creeping up so i need to do something and heard good things about sw

I think you just need to have a minimum of half a stone to lose, and for your target weight to still be within the healthy weight range.

that is definitely the case for ww I joined in the normal weight range but at the top. worryingly I would still be able to join with a bmi of 21
