Pregnancy safe SW snack ideas

I could do with some ideas for Syn free slimming world snacks that I can eat in pregnancy.

I reached target shortly after conceiving, I'm 9+2. After some horrendous morning sickness I now have my appetite back and can keep food down again.

Problem is I am hungry all the time and I keep making butties for a snack in between meals, which isn't the best thing to do. Before I was pregnant I was content with three meals a day, now that doesn't even touch the sides! Confused

I know I'm going to put weight on, but I want to be healthy about it, so I can get back to target fairly easily after the baby is born.

Any suggestions would be great? Snacks I can make in bulk and leave in the fridge Smile

I'm also pregnant and had the same questions. All I seem to eat at the moment is cheese sandwiches!

Watching with interest :)

I have been having mug shots, raw carrots, fruit - that's me out of ideas too!

I have 7 weeks to go and have put on about 10 lb overall but about 6lb of that in the last few weeks, fallen off the wagon for about 2 weeks now and desperately looking for my willpower!

Dizzy that's an incredible weight gain at 33 weeks! I'd be very happy to only put on 10lbs. I'm overweight and have a high BMI and I've already put on 7lbs.... And I'm only 10+2 weeks pregnant :(

Good luck in finding your willpower!

Wow Dizzy that is amazing! London I was the same as you in my first pregnancy, I've lost 4 1/2 stone since having DD (2 years ago) and I was already overweight when I got pregnant with her. So trying to be more careful this time.

I'm 10+2 and haven't gained any weight yet, In fact lost 1/2 stone due to morning sickness. That has tailed off now and my appetite is back in a big way!

Do you guys think mini quiches would be ok? Ones baked in a fairy cake tin? I'm just worried about undercooked eggs... Plus I need more snack ideas because I'll bore of quiche pretty quickly! Lol
