Will you have access to a freezer? Could you cook and freeze some meals?

I am going thru the same, just started and am having a new kitchen fitted.
So far I have used my slow cooker to cook a roast chicken which we had with Mccain 5% fat chips and salad, used my halogen oven to cook some Weightwatchers sausages, I have also got a couple of ready meals.
I have just done day 3 of a 2week new kitchen refit and hate it.
I can't wait to have my new kitchen, there are so many ideas I have found on various Slimming world facebook groups but am getting a bit wound up not being able to cook them.

Good luck with your kitchen

ps: will be doing jacket potatoes and baked beans in the halogen oven and microwave

You can make stews, soups, curries, Bolognese etc in your slow cooker, just chuck in your meat, veg and stock or passata, seasoning etc. Serve with rice from your rice cooker, or jacket potato from the microwave.

Or cook a whole chicken or joint of meat in the slow cooker, serve with rice and salad, or veg cooked in the microwave.
