Quick Question - Aldi Optifit Yoghurts

Having a stab at slimming world......again but can't afford to go so with the help of the internet n Pinterest I've worked out a lot.

But can anyone tell me how many syns are in the 125g pots of aldi optifit active strawberry yoghurt? It's not a layered one, just plain old strawberry.

Currently got it in the fridge for overnight oats

There are two listed, if it's the low fat one you have it's 2 1/2 Syns per pot and if it's a wholemilk one it's 3 1/2 Syns per pot.
