Hi im Amy and ive decided to rejoin sw today after a very long break,I tried ww and its poo I thought a change would be gd but it wasn't! I lost 3st9lbs with sw 6 years ago then fell pregnant with twins and I suppose its been a real battle since, but my beautiful sons started full time school mon and now I can go bk to group :) quite a few members suggested bringing my boys with me but that was not a option as they both have autism and it would have been traumatic for everyone,so here I go again lol it's nice to have some mummy time and I'm looking forward to the challenge of gettin fit and healthy again xcx

Hello. Just found your message & didn't want to leave it unanswered. How have your first few days gone?

I spent ages pottering along, not following the plan properly. I had a break for a couple of months after the weight started to creep back on I went back in May determined to take it seriously this time and was shocked to realise I was almost at my heaviest point ever. So far I've lost 22lbs and got my club 10. Some weeks it's slow and hard work, but my fitness levels have gone through the roof and worth the slog.

Thanks for replying I found the first week really easy and lost 3.5 but this week has been tough I've had a birthday to go to and people round for a take away, that being said I have been choosing the healthy options :) I still feel I shouldn't mix everything,I was so used to red or green and now it's changed so much and I'm scared to try extra easy In case I gain so I've been sticking to the old plans x
