Im on day 3 of SW, Ive been looking online at all the recipes but most of the lunch stuff seems to be hot - eggs, omelette, baked beans etc.
I have had a salad with chicken and pasta with aribiatta sauce but was looking for some inspiration.

What is heb please?

And bread / sandwiches. I thought they weren't allowed? Apart from a measly bit of whole meal as a healthy extra?

Midori1999 · 16/09/2014 10:40

HEb - healthy extra b.

Yes, sandwiches are allowed, but you do need to either use the bread as a HEb or syn it.

HopeAndStories · 16/09/2014 12:50

I do red days so I can have 4 slices of bread for both of my HEBs, which is great.

Midori What is a curry loaf?

Midori1999 · 22/09/2014 19:43

It's probably grimmer than grim, but I quite like it and it's popular at group and online apparently.

It's a packet of batchelors savoury rice mixed with a tin of Asda chickpea dhal and two eggs and baked in the oven until set. It's syn free.

Harriebabe · 22/09/2014 22:25

Sorry to be dense, but you do actually cook the rice first don't you? You can't just use the dried packet rice?

Midori1999 · 23/09/2014 00:47

Yes, cook the rice first.

Harriebabe · 23/09/2014 21:37

Thank you. Will give it a try!Smile
