Gluten Free Slimming World?

I'm giving up all wheat and gluten to try to sort out my poor irritable guts.

And SW advice?

Healthy Bs?

Alternatives to 'normal' food?

Anything?

Nothing to do with SW, but I sorted out my irritable gut by taking a pro-biotic capsule every day.

On their website they have a SW gluten free section which may help? Not sure what HE B they use but think it gives ideas.

I think it's very easy to do gluten free,it's only the hexb option that would be an issue but there's oats etc.
