Hi. I am 2 weeks in doing SW online and have lost 1lb and then regained
. I haven't been recording what I eat and have basically been lax so want to focus (mostly as I have paid 12 weeks subscription upfront
).
Have you any tips.
I think I have the basics - 1/3rd super free. Unlimited free , 2 Hex and up to 15 syns.
All sounds good but I get lost. I have started recording everything on my phone. Breakfast is yogurt and fruit. Lunch is either a sandwich or salad and dinner is meat and veg. I am struggling with breakfast and dinner ideas.
I am on holiday from Friday so will try to stay on track but imagine it will be easier once back. I am a dreading the Portuguese beach. Hopefully it will be the last time I dread it.
