I have just hit target

And feel rather strange! I have lost an awful lot of weight, it has been such a focus for the last 10 months that I almost feel a bit bereft. I am confident with maintaining, I'm not at all interested in going back to the way I was, or eating like I did.

I don't really have a point to this!

SW was a massive part of my life for a year. I'm where I need to be now and don't get anything from attending group anymore. But I do miss it!

Congratulations! I'm about 10lbs from target now, having lost 3.5 stone. I'm also wondering what it will be like when I get there, without that focus, as you say.

I hope you've celebrated a bit and settle in to life at target!

I will keep going to group, it'll keep me on track. I've lost over 7 stone and it takes a lot of getting used to!

Well done for getting there! I am hoping to get to target at weigh in tomorrow! I am worried about staying at target though - lost this amount of weight twice before with WW and it slowly crept back on. I need to get into exercise to keep it off I think. What exercise do people recommend?
