I have had a crappy few weeks, 1/2lb off (great, I am happy with this) then maintain for 2 weeks and then today I got 1lb on!
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, sticking to plan 100% no 'cheat days' not going over my syns making sure I'm eating enough, having my HEA&B.
My consultant has said to write everything down religiously and she'll scrutinise next week and if there is nothing she can see wrong, we'll look at first forward.
I will admit to a small cry when I got back in the car. I've been going 11 weeks and I have lost 1st 1lbs. Which is fab I know but I don't know what's gone wrong now.
Does anyone want to be my buddy and help me keep on track?
