Vegetarian options that aren't Quorn?

I've just had that 'durr' moment when I finally accepted that the reason my clothes are too small is because I am over weight.

I think Slimming World is the way forward but looking on their website, a lot of the menus for vegetarians include Quorn, which I am allergic to.

Do SW use other 'shop-bought' type proteins in their menus? I don't want to join SW if they are heavily using Quorn.

Hope this makes sense! Obviously, I eat a lot of veg proteins but sometimes shop-bought is an easy option.

You don't have to eat anything on slimming world, as in, I'm aware menus exist - but they're just suggestions not something you have to follow.

Dried soya mince is free, as is tofu and beans, pulses and eggs.

Frozen soya mince isn't free, but isn't hugely high in syns. There's a linda McCartney sausage that's free.

I can't think of anything else like that, but to be fair, mostly slimming world works best if you cook rather than use premade stuff anyway.

That's really helpful, thankyou
