Can't believe I've actually lost this much weight in just over 3 months so hoping this will inspire people to carry on with SW as it has been an absolute revelation to me. I've still got another 20lbs to get to target but I've no doubt I'll get there before my holiday at the end of August and this is the first time I've ever properly lost weight and actually feel like I'm going to keep it off

More than happy to offer any help, suggestions or support for those of you struggling or just starting out as I really feel I've got my head around not only the SW plan but food & past over-eating generally.
