Oh my, just had to share this.
I bought some embarrassingly expensive white wine vinegar in Tesco- Bezalu, it's called. £4.99.
I also have one of those ceramic ginger graters bought me by the kids.
So I grated a bit of ginger and added a tablespoon of the vinegar, which I splashed on top, and it was DELICIOUS.
I think the vinegar will last for ages- I've had it a month already and used it loads for this recipe, and it's a quarter gone.
Anyway, had to share, because low cal salad dressings are normally foul, and hone made ones a faff which can take ages.
