Was two weeks in and lost 4.5 pounds total which totally happy with. On holiday last week so didn't go, holiday then went into bank holiday weekend. I was not too bad on the food but feel like i've drunk my own body weight in wine, had quite a few drinks every night on holiday then over the bank holiday. Don't think Tues, wed and today will be enough to pull it back. Plus i'm due to come on, i just know i'm going to be above my original weight before i started slimming world

They'll just ask if you know why the gain and then say draw a line under it and get back on plan.

Its not about any one day/ week its about where you are in three/ six/ nine months from now!

(Listen to me absorbing the spiel, also due third weigh in tomorrow!)

MisForMumNotMaid · 29/05/2014 15:57

Did you have a good holiday?

If you hadn't started SW would your weight be 1/2 stone plus up at this point?

ShakkaKhan · 29/05/2014 15:58

Just weigh in. See the damage, take note, and then hit next week with a vengeance. if you dont go this week, you will go next week and might still be in the plus numbers which will be disheartening, even if you're been 100% on plan between now and then. Seriously, go, take the hit on the chin, then draw a line, start afresh.

If you need even more incentive, if you weight in tonight with holiday food and drink plus period due, think what a loss next week's weigh in will show once you've had a week of being on plan!

looks like i'm not going to be able to go tomorrow and i really did want to even tho i was dreading it (if you know what i mean), major f**k up with my boiler getting fixed (but thats another story) and i've got the 8-1 slot for them to come back tomorrow, my class is at 9 (or theres another at 11) so not looking likely.

You can go to any class, anywhere in the country. Theres bound to be a Fri evening/ Saturday morning one not that far away if you want to get re motivated.

Ohnonotagen · 29/05/2014 20:21

just checked no friday evening ones nearby, theres a saturday morning one but its about 6 miles away, suppose it would go to that if i don't have to reschedule the boiler man again

Well done! Amazing.

EustaciaVye · 01/06/2014 12:55

I lost 6.5 lb over 6 weeks and just put it all back on in one weeks holiday Blush

Ohnonotagen · 01/06/2014 18:40

oops, but like posters said to me at least you are only back to where you were to start with, not 6.5 pounds heavier than original weight
