Can anyone answer a few queries about the plan please?

I am thinking of joining SW and have a few queries if anyone can help please?

  1. I don't eat a lot of meat so sometimes eat meat free meals and sometimes eat some with meat - I notice the 7 day trial menu asks you to choose vegetarian or non vegetarian - on the plan can you mix the two? For eg do vegetarian some days and meat on others?
  1. Is there a set menu or can you choose your own things from within a list?
  1. I would struggle to cook from scratch every night, can you batch cook and freeze some meals for nights when cooking difficult?
  1. Are there simple lunches that don't require you to be at home cooking/preparing as I am at work all day and would struggle to do some of the lunches shown on the free trial?

TIA!

hi curious
there are different ways to do the slimming world plan, there are the old red and green days, or the newer extra easy, which is the one i'm doing. you can totally do veg/ meat days on extra easy, and it's pretty much the basis for the r/g plan.
there is no set menu, you choose your fav meals and tweak them to fit the plan, eg use lo-cal spray fat instead of oil.
in the group i go to batch cooking is recommended, perfect for nights where you don't want to or don't have time to cook.
there are loads of simple lunch/ light bite type recipes to try.
you could try picking up the sw magazine, it has a 7 day meal plan inc recipes, and is a pretty good read in general.
hope this helps
