I am thinking of joining SW and have a few queries if anyone can help please?
- I don't eat a lot of meat so sometimes eat meat free meals and sometimes eat some with meat - I notice the 7 day trial menu asks you to choose vegetarian or non vegetarian - on the plan can you mix the two? For eg do vegetarian some days and meat on others?
- Is there a set menu or can you choose your own things from within a list?
- I would struggle to cook from scratch every night, can you batch cook and freeze some meals for nights when cooking difficult?
- Are there simple lunches that don't require you to be at home cooking/preparing as I am at work all day and would struggle to do some of the lunches shown on the free trial?
