...that don't taste strongly of artificial sweetener? Can anyone share recipes or ideas for things to satisfy a sweet tooth - or snack craving - that don't require a substantial quantity of sweeteners. I seem to be really sensitive to the taste of them, not to mention concerns about how healthy they are. Thanks!

I've been making this; mashed up banana, 2 tsp of cocoa powder, 1 egg. Blend. Pour in a cup & microwave for 1 min 10 (maybe a bit more, although can let it sit).
Would need to syn the cocoa powder, but otherwise ok?
It's weirdly tasty & hits a spot, although very sweet. I might try it with ff yogurt tomorrow.

The Ryvita fererro rochees are revolting.

Highlights hot choc and some
Mini marshmallows.

I get mini meringues which are 1 syn each. Crumble up and add raspberries with a creamy yoghurt such as Aldi's summer berries layered or super fruiti and have an Eton mess.

Oxford, you would need to syn the banana as you're mashing it and cooking it. Fruit is only free in its natural state.
