Is your sw open on bank holidays?

Mine isn't on a bank holiday as on a wed, but my consultant has another group on a Monday and that's open on Easter Monday, is that a bank holiday?

Groups are meant to be open 52 weeks a year, so if yours isn't open it should be open a different day instead.

Mine is mores the pity!

I believe they are all supposed to be, or at least an alternative?

Lunch was good, jacket potato with salad, bbq not so much... I didn't eat any food there and started the night well on vodka and diet coke but by the end of the night in my rather worse for wear state I moved onto full fat coke . Tempted to go to the 5 o'clock meeting so I haven't had my dinner before i'm weighed in now..

Ha ha I would so go to the 9 o'clock one if I could make it on weigh days, I shouldn't but can't help eating less on a weigh day!

Well done though for not succumbing to the BBQ food! It smells sooooo good!

I know, sat there munching on my hi-fi bars and babybells . Well was feeling good about the 3 1/2 I lost until a newbie who joined came in and had lost 10 , 1st 4 in 2 weeks!! How has yours gone?

Well done! That's a bloody fab week! I didn't end up going as we went out for the day and ds started being sick so home for cuddles it was(was not a nice car journey back)

I'm gutted as I had a cheeky jump on the scales this morning and was -2 ..so wanted to get that official!

Well I've just had my longest lie in for 4 years! 8.30!!! Yesterday must have wiped ds out! He's woken up back to normal though which is a relief.
