Does anyone know the rough syn value of a chicken shashlick?
I ended up at an Indian last night with friends and chose this as it had no sauce. Am now trying to guesstimate my damage.

Is that a creamy one like a korma? If so about 16 syns.

No, it's a kebab I think - coated in yogurt and spices and cooked in the tandoor.

No idea about WW but am now hungry again.

Oh right, I'd imagine it's under 10 syns then if the meat was grilled. I'd just factor in say 5syns for the yoghurt and then add a few more to cover any oil/ghee that might of been used.

That's my "diet" dish when I go for an Indian meal. It's the done WW recommend. Think about 10 points?

Not sure but I know a chicken dansak is 6(or 6.5 can't remember exactly) a chicken curry is 11.5 and and chicken Kashmir is 9 if that's any help for next time...
