I have just rejoined online and im not sure where to find a list of free foods.

Can someone help me please

I can't find a page with a list on, do you get a handbook sent out to you with the online membership?
You can search in the syn tool and specify free foods only, but that's not as good as having a full list in front of you for inspiration, I know!
