I'm just doing my weekly meal plan & after some inspiration especially for family friendly evening meals.
So far I've got:
Breakfast - either 2 weetabix & milk with banana (HEA & HEB) or poached egg & grilled mushrooms on toast (HEB)
Lunch: various blitzed vegetable soups, salad with tuna/prawn/chicken + 1 syn for v.light mayo, jacket potato & beans or omelette both with side salad
Dinner: spaghetti Bol
Paella (amazing recipe from SW magazine supplement last week), roast spicy chicken with veg rice & corn on cob.
