Hi,
I attend SW classes and am doing very well, this is largely due to me going to the gym a lot (which I really enjoy) trouble is I find I'm too tired in the evening after I've been at work all day and then been to the gym to hop on the good foot and do the bad thing as it were. Could do with some quick energy release food I can use to pep me up in the evenings after I've been to the gym that are SW compliant - any ideas?
(I would feel a bit of a prat bringing this up in our classes as I go to the same class as my brother and SIL
