For the first time I weight more than I did a month ago. Even when I stick 100% to plan I don't seem to lose weight. I joined last May and have lost 2stone, which I'm really happy about obviously, but a guy in our group got his 2 stone award last night having been there for 7 weeks...the childish part of me just wants to stamp my feet & shout it's not fair. How can I learn to ignore how others are doing and just concentrate on my own weight loss? It's a significant birthday in July and I would like to lost another 1 1/2 stone at least by then and I just feel that target is slipping away.
