Hi all,
I was doing really well, slowly, but surely. I've lost 12lb in 5 weeks. However the thing that was keeping me going was that as a nursing mum I get extra healthy extras which I was using for milky coffees in the day and cheese after supper. However DS has a milk intolerance so I now need to go dairy free which has really thrown a spanner in the works.

I naturally crave creamy things so had also been eating lots of veg laden pasta with Philli etc.

Can anyone give me some ideas for treats/ comfort food that are dairy free.

Breakfast is a complete nightmare too!

I drank almond milk when bf a son with allergy. You can have lots of it as an healthy extra as well, more than skimmed milk!

If you use dairy free spread ( stork block of I remember right) you can have dairy free cake and lots of treats like that in shops.
