In an asda Moroccan spiced vegetable quarter pounded? It wasn't even v nice, but I bet it was really high. Does anyone know?

Do you still have the packet? On the Sw website you can input the nutritional into from the box and it'll tell you the syns. If you don't have the box , the info is available on the asda website j think if you find the item.

And yes , they are really nice!! Have you tried making the ones on the recipe part of the website? Not Moroccan spiced , but add some Moroccan spice and chopped apricots to the mix and bobs your uncle.

Thanks Sangelina, but I cant do that. I am not a member, I just re-started the diet using old books that I still have from 2011.
I think ill just ignore it and have v few syns today.
and not let DH cook for me without checking what he is cooking first!
