I am a serial re-joiner. I join, lose about half a stone, get bored, leave. Re-gain weight. Six months later, I re-join.....blah blah blah! I've done this for years. BUT....I don't seem to lose weight easily now. A few pounds at the most, usually a loss of two, a gain of one, a loss of one, a loss of another one, a gain of two.....basically just juggling the same few lbs over and over again! I haven't rejoined yet this January, as I was attempting to go it alone as I can't make any local classes...but with the same results. It's so disheartening, and I was just wondering if anyone else has found this with sw? Tia :)
