I usually do green as I don't eat meat and don't find EE very good for me. Plus I'm a huge carb lover and I don't think this does me any favours, even when following the plan properly.
Looking for some ideas of what to have, if anyone fancies sharing what they like on red days.
I like shellfish and white fish but nothing too 'meaty' like tuna steaks.
Preferably things that are really filling and won't leave me wishing for a huge bowl of pasta!
