I have around 10 weeks until my hols weight is slowly dropping off and I prob have another or would like to loose another 7-10 pounds but also need to do some exercise. Due to lack of funds and child care restraints Im not able to do the gym or any classes so Im hoping to do somthing at home. Prob before going to work and evenings.
Ive seen a 6 week routine where you do floor exercises for tummy, legs, chest and arms and alternative them every other day.
