Saw a thing on pinterest, you mix a tablespoon of choc spread with yogurt, free obviously &use it as a dip for fruit!

I make humus, chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper, have with carrot sticks etc.

Tbh I have to have something with a coffee so I've cut back on the number of cups I have, no cuppa, no choccie!

I like flumps with my coffee! They are nice and sweet and are only 1.5 syns. I have recently started having flavoured coffee, hazlenut, almond etc and they don't need the same hit with it!

I struggle with the same thing though, usually by 3pm I'm feeling a bit frazzled and a coffee and something yummy helps!

I have the flavoured coffees too and have a bit of sweetener in them despite not usually having sugar/sweetener in my coffee. They do feel like a real treat.

I have sponge fingers (like you use in trifles) instead of biscuits, they're only 1 syn each. Or I use hifi light or alone light bars as a HEb.

I made a 'trifle' last night and it was flipping lovely! I just stuck a Harley's ready made sugar free jelly (1/2 syn) a banana and custard muller light and some total 0% mixed with a bit of sweetener and vanilla extract into a bowl. It was huge and really satisfied a sweet craving.

I love coffee with crunchy apple slices and a low syn peanut butter/yoghurt dip. Mmmmm.

1 small tub of day free Greek yoghurt.
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
Powdered sweetener to taste.

Stir it all together and whizz with a hand blender. :)
