Dairy free - A choices?

Hi, I started SW last week and lost 2lb.

My problem is I am dairy free through mild allergy with horrible consequences!

So what can I have instead of dairy for my A choice. To make things a little bit more challenging, I've tried Rice milk, oat milk, soya and I cannot stand them. I can't even stomach a mouthful let alone 25ml.

I have an orange juice with calcium normally but I know that's probably not allowed. I am having tests to check bone density and should know more soon.

Any advice/ideas welcome.

Have you tried the almond milk? It's really not bad and if you make porridge with it, it just tastes a bit nutty.
You can have loads as a healthy A (can't remember exact amount) but it's about 700ml.....
My consultant has recommended it because it's palatable and it's a much bigger amount than standard milk.

I had the same problem when I first started SW. My consultant advised me that it is not the end of the works if I don't manage to have the HEA every day. I sometimes manage it with soya milk but I often don't and it has not slowed my weight loss at all.

KOKO coconut milk? It's very thin, but good for smoothies/cereals
