Im really flat out at work so slow cooker recipes t is !
Here is men absolute easiest.
15 local butchers syn free sausages.
1tin tesco kidney beans in chilli sauce (or baked beans)
Lots chopped onion
Lots chopped garlic
5 tins value tomatoes
Pinch chilli
Yummy and cheap.

I like sliced onion, braising steak .chucky carrots, swede, button mushrooms. When I then thicken up with stock jel portion and mash some potatoes gorgeous

I've just joined a slow cooker facebook group, which is great for recipes. I like doing bolognese sauce, chilli and stews in my SC. Sausage casserole is great too!

I have just had this for my dinner and it was delicious 
. My non slimming DP had seconds!
Pulled Pork
I followed all the steps but just used the slow cooker instead of the oven.
