ideas with quark?

what do people use quark for ive heard its not great on its own. thought i could maybe make a sort of fish pate with it?

Use it to make free 'cheesecake', crush up Alpen bar, put it in the bottom of a glass. Mix quark with sweetener to taste, then put on top of Alpen, then sliced strawbs or raspberries on top.

Also use as a 'sour cream' type dip with chilli and wedges.

Find a bin and tip it in bleuch

Combine a few and make a hadron

Put it on a tomato pasta to make it creamy

I fried some onions and lean bacon together added some chicken stock, quark and mustard and it made a lovely pasta sauce

I have the lemon flavour quark on top of a fruit ryvita and top with raspberries my very own cheesecake.

Mix with chopped herbs, garlic and some salt and have with jacket potato
