I am in Week 5 of SW. I lost 2 1/2 lbs the first 2 weeks, then nothing.
I weighed myself this morning and I was 12.12. I had a baked potato for lunch........and now I weigh 13.1 !!!
I just don't understand it. I am sticking to the diet rigidly.
Anyone got any ideas? It is weigh-in tomorrow and I am desperate to get my 1/2 stone sticker
