Online membership and books

Question for those of you doing SW online - am going to join but not sure what membership to go for ( bronze or gold) as not really interested in the magazines but would like the reference plan books to keep in the kitchen, especially as our wireless is rubbish and not to be relied upon.

So basically can you buy the basic food optimising books online after joining and if so how much are they?

Which books are you talking about - do you know their names? If not, I will list just some of them here for you.

I joined online a while ago, went for cheapest option and then downloaded and printed the syns list, the free foods lists and the healthy extras lists. I have these in plastic folders to hand in the kitchen. I cancelled my membership after the initial 3 months and now if I want to know the syn value of something I just google it - it's never failed me yet. I've not felt the need for anything else. HTH
