It's taken a year and five months, but that's been mostly this last stone; that's been a bugger to shift which is why I'm shouting it from the rooftops!

Actually, I'm wondering if that's the reason it's taken so long to get this last stone off - my body doesn't know what on earth is happening, it's forgotten how to be smaller!

Congratulations! I want to lose 3 stone 13 lb too ,and I'm 2 stone 3 lb down, 1 stone 10 to go. It does get harder the lower you go, so I hope the last 13lb doesn't take forever ( for my sake as well!)
