I started of the year with sw but due to some rubbishy things happening I fell of the wagon. I started low carbing a couple of weeks ago but now I'm pregnant
the doc doesn't think its a good idea. Which brings me back to sw.
I hate the pressure of my local group ( they are v nice but I dont like the spotlight on me). So this time I'm going to weigh myself at boots once a week instead.
I was just wondering if anyone is is preggers and doing sw? do you find that you loose weight? or is the focus on not gaining?
