Is all frozen veg free? Help.

Lately I've been eating birds eye frozen bagged veg. Which contains carrots, peas and sweet corn could anyone tell me if these are free? Also can I have rice crispie bars as my 'B' the rice crispie bars have yoghurt on the bottom of the bar. Thanks :-)

Kebabflab do the vegetables have green beans in as well ? if so yes the are free foods. The rice krispie cereal bar is 4 sins each.
