Scales at home, or no scales?

Here's one for you all to debate - do you have scales at home to weigh yourself in between the official weigh in?

I did to start with and then got rid as they never matched the SW ones. Others in my group never seem to off them and are obsessed with weighing every day!

What's your preference?

I weigh at home on the morning of the meeting just as a guide - the readings always differ a little but I know if I've lost and about how much.

I have some, they are accurate to SW scales, I'm never more than half a pound more and that is because I weigh naked, and obviously I am dressed at SW! Grin

I'm not sure if it is a good or bad thing to be honest. I guess it is easy to become obsessive.

I weigh every morning. It's easier to see trends.

No scales chez Octopus. Fosters obsession.
