Hi anyone, am a little stumped as to the array of mattresses out there. I'd appreciate any input on ones you've chosen and are happy with.
thx

To be honest I wouldn't go spending crazy. I would suggest a cheap one until they are out of potty training due to all those wet beds. Just use a Junior bed, or cotbed conversion. Then when the child is older/bigger they can have a big single bed and a new mattress.
Im going to keep Emily with the mattress she has now in her cotbed when I convert it to bed, then when she's older I will swap it to a big girls bed.

Defintely get the cheapest you can. Your child is going to spend a good few years weeing and puking on it. When they're older, buy a quality one.

Both DSs went straight into standard single sized mid height loft beds at 2y 9 months or so.
