"nest" to keep baby safe when in my bed

I have seen them advertised, but now cannot remember where .... anyone know where I can find the little "nests" which you can put on your bed for baby when co-sleeping, to prevent you rolling on them.
Thanks

Jojo Maman Bebe do a 'deluxe snuggle nest' code A7423.

Is that what you are thinking of?

How odd - when I saw your post I just looked it up in their paper catalogue which they recently sent me.

Try these links instead

had lots of them in tk maxxx last time i was in there

Yes they are called a snuggle nest.

I think they are a bit pointless though - A, they create a false sense of security (if you think you wouldn't be aware of leaning on a baby, how come you would be aware of leaning on a small bit of cardboard/fabric?) and B - you can't actually breastfeed the baby when they are in it, so why not just have them in a crib right next to the bed?

I preferred a 3-sided cot, you can convert most normal cots to do this. You still have the security of putting the baby somewhere they are protected from being rolled on, but they are within easy reach, and it acts as a bed guard so you can fall asleep feeding them and not worry about them rolling out.

Just my opinion though

yes stalk your local tk max - they often do them at £12.00

i agree with bertie, plus where do you put them?

i have a normal double bed, and if i had one of those in the middle there would be nowhere for my pillow... wopuld be very cramped

would rather spend out on a bedside cot

We do have a v big bed (superking) so there is room, but I hear what you say ....... maybe would not be such a good idea ....... thank you for all advice.
