Night time accidents in a newly dry child

7yo dd has been dry at night and therefore out of night-time pull-ups for about two months. The only times she has wetted have been when she has had a very disrupted night or evening - once we had been out fairly late, eaten salty restaurant food and had been very thirsty on our return home, the other time we drove home through the night and she wetted after a few hours back in her own bed. On future such occasions, should we just accept that she will wet the bed, or should she wear a night nappy?

If it is just the odd occasion when things are disrupted in her routine could you not just lift her to the loo when she's asleep?

We always lift her, and did so on the nights she had accidents too.
